I'm a 40-something part-time single mom (husband is in the military and deploys often) working a full-time job outside the home and trying my best to create fast, fun and healthy food for my family without breaking the bank or my sanity!
No, that's not my family in the picture at the top of the page. One of these days I'm going to figure out how to change it out. But...it's a little close...if you delete the boy, take about 4-6 years off of the girl, a few inches off the mom's hair and alot of inches off the dad's hair. ;)
